Today organizations of all types and sizes utilize Executive Coaching to develop their current and future leaders, to align vision with actions, and to ensure the ongoing success of their business. Coaching delivers powerful results, drives significant positive impact to the bottom line, and significantly reduces employee turnover.
CEOs have been hiring management consultants for decades, to help advise them on strategies for growing, turning around, or spinning off businesses under their control. Executive Coaching is the latest outgrowth of this and is being utilized successfully by many of America's leading companies (i.e., American Express, Chase, IBM, Pfizer to name just a few).
We work with successful CEOs and other senior executives, on a confidential basis, to help take their personal leadership skills and performance to the next level. Most of our executive coaching clients are already highly successful, and in several instances we have successfully placed our client in a previous or current leadership role.
The essence of our executive coaching philosophy is continuous personal and career development, supported by an ongoing learning agenda. We work with each executive coaching client to develop a SWOT Analysis of their personal brand, and then identify two-to-three stretch goals that are larger than the goals they would have otherwise established on their own.
Through our Executive Coaching, business leaders accentuate their strengths, minimize their weaknesses and focus on whats important in areas where they can make a difference. Working with an Executive Connections trained coach, our coaching clients learn to identify challenges and obstacles they face, develop action plans, enhance their working relationships, and find the balance between achievement and personal growth.
Executive coaching takes place through a number of personal oneonone meetings and telephone conversations structured to build leadership skills, expand perspective and creativity, and elicit from the executives we coach the very best in themselves and in those they lead.
In addition to our Executive Coaching Services, our Blended Solutions Service combines the Executive Search process with Executive Coaching immediately following the hiring decision to facilitate the successful transition of the executive to the new position and help guarantee every candidate meets or exceeds short-term expectations.
For more information about how coaching can work for you to build upon your strengths and facilitate your professional and personal growth, please contact us today, or read our Executive Coaching Case Studies.
