Basic Objective Position Summary
The Marketing Director (CMO) is responsible for marketing strategy, marketing plans, product management, branding, advertising, public relations and sales support. The CMO will have direct client interaction and will be the public face of the company at industry conferences. The individual will be considered a member of the senior management team and drive sales to achieve the firms business goals. The candidate is expected to improve the impact of advertising and public relations initiatives, conceptualize and produce integrated marketing campaigns and manage the marketing team to meet and exceed annual revenue targets.
Reporting Relationship
The Marketing Director (CMO) will report directly to the President of the company.

The Marketing Director (CMO) position will be located at our clients headquarters office in a New York City.

The scope of this position spans across all our clients affiliated companies including Intrasweep, Landing Rock, Liquid Insured Deposits, Access Control Advantage and Island Intellectual Property.
Requirements & Qualifications:
The successful candidate will be an assertive, analytical, creative, business leader with high integrity who can build on the existing brands of our products.
Education: The successful candidate will have a Bachelors Degree in business, marketing or related discipline. Masters degree is preferred, but not required.
Compensation:
As our client is seeking an outstanding individual for this important senior leadership position, they are offering an attractive compensation package including base salary, discretionary cash bonus, long-term incentives and personal benefits.
