Title: Global Marketing Manager
Location: New York, NY (HQ)
POSITION SUMMARY
The Global Marketing Manager will run Client’s global marketing programs, developing and executing programs that generate new leads, nurture existing prospects and customers and ultimately drive incremental sales. The individual will drive our marketing strategy, managing global programs across channels (webinars, events, email, search, etc.) and follow-up by our global sales team. The ideal candidate is a highly-strategic and creative individual that understands B2B marketing best practices and processes for demand generation and lead management, as well as ongoing lead nurturing and sales enablement.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Marketing team of highly capable professionals to produce required results on sales, pricing, marketing, new customer acquisition, and key partnerships
- Develop, track and manage sales performance metrics. Drive sales operations and compensation metrics and levers to ensure volume, price and mix to optimize profitability
- Create and implement integrated marketing programs (events, webinars, email, etc) to generate and nurture leads across the globe
- Drive go-to market strategy, sales channel segmentation and lead follow-up programs through 150+ person global Field and Inside Sales teams
- Partner across teams, including sales, account management and product to drive programs that generate incremental sales and improved retention
- Develop and implement content marketing strategy, including the development of case studies, whitepapers, videos, etc.
- Manage relationships with agencies and key industry associations
- Manage marketing operations functions, including list research and management, systems support, budgeting and reporting/analysis
- Manage website, including content, traffic, analytics and test-and-learn programs
- Manage team of four high-performing marketers
- Skillful using a large amount of complex data to make simple, commonsense recommendations and decisions that drive revenue growth and profitability
Skills and Experience:
- Driven Results Leader
- At least 5+ years in marketing with the majority of experience focused on B2B marketing and lead generation
- Ambitious self-starter with experience creating, driving, measuring and evolving a comprehensive marketing strategy
- Results-driven with dedication to setting and achieving quantifiable goals for all projects
- Strong organizational skills and self-motivation, with the ability to work independently in an extremely fast paced environment
- Proven project management skills and agile multi-tasker
- Experience analyzing data, including sales and campaign metric
- Desire to get hands dirty
- Experience in Salesforce.com and marketing platforms/automation is a big plus
EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree required, Masters degree preferred
