About Card Services
Card Services is a key contributor to our client’s product platform, playing an integral role in the firm’s powerful banking franchise. Our client’s Card Services business strives toward its vision of creating lifelong and engaged relationships with customers by being a trusted provider of financial services. They are a market leader in card issuing and merchant acquiring business in the US delivering credit cards and related payment products and services.
The Role
As a worldwide leader in financial services, our client continually seeks senior leaders who can formulate and flawlessly execute against business strategy to support a growing business. As part of the Mass Affluent Business Unit, the Senior Director will lead a team that utilizes analytics to drive business strategy.
Responsibilities
- Balance our client’s reputational risk and business risk to ensure customer considerations are handled with highest level of integrity
- Lead team of analysts to leverage cross-company data capabilities and provide analytic insights
- Cultivate relationships with senior executives
- Build an analytical core competence for all business
- Establish skills and talent
- Utilize data and analysis to derive key business insights
- Support business strategy and product team with analytical needs
- Be a proactive thought leader who can utilize analytical insights to prepare new business initiatives to enhance performance
- Develop and maintain working relationships with cross-functional teams to develop and execute against strategies. Ability to work effectively and gain credibility and respect of others. Lead and persuade others while positively influencing the outcome of team efforts
Qualifications
The team seeks a mature executive who has the combination of strong analytical and consultative skills to effectively drive revenue and improve customer satisfaction. Should be sufficiently well rounded to be a future candidate for a GM role managing a major P/L.

Compensation
