Executive Connections’ vision is build outstanding senior leadership teams for our corporate clients. To accomplish this, we focus on c-level executive searches within those industry sectors where we are expert in talent acquisition and development, including direct marketing, financial services, branding and marketing communications and serving the non-profit sector. We are well-connected to the “star performers" in the industries we serve along with being highly sought-after career coaches to help individual executives develop their personal brand and identify new career opportunities.

In launching EC, our mission was the creation of a new paradigm combining executive search and coaching services to empower executives to achieve significant results for their organizations, as well as in relation to their own professional growth. Based upon several years of achievement far beyond our original goals, we believe we are succeeding.

Much of that success also comes from our realization that most search consultants sometimes deliver, but sometimes don’t. Seeking to set ourselves apart, we guarantee the success of every senior executive we place by providing an executive coach to assist in a successful transition and on-boarding process.

We focus primarily on placing and working with CEO to SVP level executives because we recognize that excellence within organizations starts at the top.
